BOOKING APPOINTMENTS & COMPANY POLICIES

We cannot control your child and cut their hair. If they cannot sit still it is your responsibility as a parent to provide a safe environment for us to cut properly.  We may have to cancel or end services if we cannot do this for our own liability.

We have a welcoming environment to provide services to children. It is the parents responsibility for the safety and control of their children while waiting or in the chair.

It is not our responsibility to provide storage for items left in the shop. We will make an effort to get lost items back to their owner. Items that are left long term will be disposed of. 

We have very limited parking on the property with designated signs directing where to park. Those that do not follow parking may be asked to move their vehicles. Any damage to vehicles is at the owners responsibility to resolve with other patrons.

We have a home run business and we ask you treat the property with respect. Please take any trash with you and clean up after yourself. Trash receptacles and areas outside the designated parking are not for customers use and should be considered private property.

We have hours to accommodate a variety of schedules. If you are not sure about when we are open check our website, Facebook page or call. Assuming may not meet availability or scheduled hours and you may be asked to come back another time.
